Remember

The hotels for making room reservations agreed to a set price and they have reserved a limited number of rooms as a "room block" for SkillsUSA conference attendees. You need to check to see if they still have vacancies. If they have vacancies and you wish to book rooms, call the hotel to block the number and type of rooms for your chapter and print off a reservation form to fax or send to the hotel. Ask the hotel for a confirmation number for your reservations.

When you call for a reservation, please mention you are with SkillsUSA in order to secure the favorable rate set aside for SkillsUSA Nebraska.

A room tax is due on all rooms unless a school check is provided along with the school's tax exempt number. Please check with the hotel to make sure they will not charge you tax if you have a tax exempt number.
